4 У Элеазара родился Финеес, у Финееса родился Авишуа,

18 Сыновья Кехата: Амрам, Ицхар, Хеврон и Уззиэль.

19 Сыновья Мерари: Махли и Муши. Вот роды Левия по их родоначальникам.

20 Род Гершона: сын его Ливни, сын Ливни Яхат, сын Яхата Зимма,

21 сын Зиммы Йоах, сын Йоаха Иддо, сын Иддо Зерах, сын Зераха Еотрай.

22 Потомки Кехата: сын его Амминадав, сын Амминадава Корей, сын Корея Ассир,

23 сын Ассира Элкана, сын Элканы Эвьясаф, сын Эвьясафа Ассир,

24 сын Ассира Тахат, сын Тахата Уриэль, сын Уриэля Уззия, сын Уззии Шауль.

25 Сыновья Элканы: Амасай и Ахимот,

28 Сыновья Самуила: первенец Иоиль, второй сын — Авия.

44 Слева от Хемана и Асафа стояли их собратья из потомков Мерари; ими руководил Этан, сын Киши. Отцом Киши был Авди, отцом Авди — Маллух,

45 отцом Маллуха — Хашавья, отцом Хашавьи — Амацья, отцом Амацьи — Хилкия,

46 отцом Хилкии — Амци, отцом Амци — Бани, отцом Бани — Шемер,

47 отцом Шемера — Махли, отцом Махли — Муши, отцом Муши — Мерари, сын Левия.

48 Левиты, собратья Хемана, Асафа и Этана, были определены исполнять все работы при Скинии, Святилище Божьем.

49 Аарон и потомки его возносили жертвы на жертвеннике для всесожжений и на жертвеннике курения благоуханного. Они совершали служение в Святая святых для восстановления единения Израиля с Богом, всё делая так, как заповедал Моисей, слуга Божий.

61 Левитам из остальных потомков Кехата дано по жребию десять городов из владений [колен Ефрема, Дана и] половины племени Манассии.

62 Левитам из потомков Гершона даны были города в коленах Иссахара, Асира, Неффалима и в колене Манассии, что в Башане, — всего тринадцать городов.

63 Левитам из потомков Мерари даны были по жребию города в коленах Рувима, Гада и Завулона — всего двенадцать городов.

64 Так израильтяне раздали левитам города с окрестными пастбищами.

65 По жребию они выделили города в колене потомков Иуды, в колене потомков Симеона и в колене потомков Вениамина — города, названия которых были перечислены.

66 Некоторым же из родов потомков Кехата были переданы во владение следующие города. От колена Ефрема

67 города-убежища: Шехем с окрестными пастбищами в нагорье Ефрема, Гезер с окрестными пастбищами,

68 Йокмеам и Бет-Хорон с окрестными пастбищам,

69 Аялон и Гат-Риммон с окрестными пастбищами.

70 От половины колена Манассии — Анер с пастбищами и Билам с пастбищами. Всё это досталось остальным родам потомков Кехата.

71 Родам сыновей Гершона дали следующие города. От половины племени Манассии — Голан в Башане и Аштарот с окрестными пастбищами.

72 От колена Иссахара — Кедеш и Даврат с окрестными пастбищами,

73 Рамот и Анем с окрестными пастбищами.

74 От колена Асира — Машаль и Авдон с окрестными пастбищами,

75 Хукок и Рехов с окрестными пастбищами.

76 От колена Неффалима — Кедеш в Галилее, Хаммон и Кирьятаим с окрестными пастбищами.

77 Остальным сынам Мерари дали следующие города. От колена Завулона — Риммон и Фавор с окрестными пастбищами.

1 THE sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

2 And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

3 And the children of Amram: Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4 Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua,

5 And Abishua begat Abikar, and Abikar begat Uzzi,

6 And Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Maro,

7 And Maro begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,

8 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz,

9 And Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan,

10 And Johanan begat Azariah (it was he who ministered in the priestly office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem),

11 And Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,

12 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,

13 And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,

14 And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Zadok,

15 And Zadok was carried away captive when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16 The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

17 And these are the names of the sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei.

18 And the sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

19 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Moshi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.

20 Of Gershon: Libni his son, Nahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21 Joah his son, Iddo his son, Jathor his son.

22 The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son.

23 Hilkanah his son, Akinsaph his son.

24 Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25 And the sons of Hilkanah: Amasai and Ahimoth.

26 As for Hilkanah, the sons of Hilkanah: Zoph his son, Nahath his son, Zerah his son, Shamla his son, Marl his son,

27 Eliab his son, Gadhiel his son, Hilkanah his son.

28 And the sons of Samuel: Joel his first-born, and the name of his second son Abijah.

29 The sons of Merari: Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,

30 Shimea his son, Ashaiah his son.

31 These are all of those whom David appointed to minister in the house of the LORD at the place where the ark stood.

32 And they ministered before the LORD in the tabernacle of the congregation with great singing, until Solomon built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem; and then he appointed them to their office according to their order.

33 And these are the ministers and their sons: of the sons of the Kohathites, of the family of the Levites, Haman, and Joel the son of Samuel,

34 The son of Hilkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Taho,

35 The son of Zuph, the son of Hilkanah, the son of Hamath, the son of Moshi,

36 The son of Hilkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,

37 The son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Akhsiph, the son of Korah,

38 The son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

39 And his brother Asaph, who stood on the right hand of Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,

40 The son of Michael, the son of Measiah, the son of Malchiah,

41 The son of Ethi, the son of Zerah, the son of Ariah,

42 The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43 The son of Joha, the son of Gershon, the son of Levi.

44 And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan, the son of Kishi, the son of Amar, the son of Malluch,

45 The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah,

46 The son of Hilkiah, the son of Nator,

47 The son of Mahli, the son of Moshi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 Their brethren also the Levites were appointed to all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of the LORD.

49 But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt offerings and upon the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the Holy of Holies, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50 And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51 Bakki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52 Maro his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54 Now these are the names of the cities which they were assigned for the families throughout their boundaries, to the sons of Aaron, of the family of the Kohathites; for theirs was the first lot.

55 And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs round about it;

56 But all the fields of the city, and those which were round about it, they gave to Caleb the son of Jophaniah.

57 And to the sons of Aaron they gave all the cities of refuge, and to the priests, Hebron with its suburbs, Libnah with its suburbs, Jattir with its suburbs, Lehem with its suburbs, Eshtemoa with its suburbs,

58 Debir with its suburbs, Ashan with its suburbs,

59 Atrah with its suburbs, and Beth-shemesh with its suburbs;

60 And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba with its suburbs, Alemeth with its suburbs, and Anathoth with its suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

61 And to the sons of Kohath, who inherited out of the tribe of Manasseh, were given ten cities in number;

62 And to the sons of Gershon according to their families out of the tribe of Issachar and out of the tribe of Asher and out of the tribe of Manasseh and out of the tribe of Naphtali in Mathnin, thirteen cities.

63 To the sons of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben and out of the tribe of Dan and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.

65 And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by the name of the families of the Kohathites.

66 Moreover they had other cities and their territory out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67 And they gave to them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem with its suburbs in mount Ephraim and Gezer with its suburbs,

68 Beth-horon with its suburbs,

69 Aijalon with its suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with its suburbs;

70 And out of the half tribe of Manasseh: Anath with its suburbs, Jablin with its suburbs, for the inheritance of the families of the sons of Kohath;

71 And to the sons of Gershon were given out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Mathnin with its suburbs and Ashtor with its suburbs;

72 And out of the tribe of Issachar: Rakim with its suburbs; Deberath with its suburbs,

73 Elam with its suburbs;

74 And out of the tribe of Asher: Mashal with its suburbs and Abron with its suburbs

75 And Akik with its suburbs and Dahab with its suburbs;

76 And out of the tribe of Naphtali: Rakim in Galilee with its suburbs and Hammon with its suburbs and Koriathaim with its suburbs.

77 To the family of Merari, who inherited out of the tribe of Zebulun, were given Armoni with its suburbs, Tabor with its suburbs;

78 And on the other side of the Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben: Bozer in the wilderness with its suburbs, Mepophat with its suburbs, Jahaz with its suburbs.

79 Kedemoth with its suburbs, Mephaath with its suburbs,

80 Ramoth with its suburbs, Mahlam with its suburbs,

81 Jazer with its suburbs, and Heshbon with its suburbs.

44 Слева от Хемана и Асафа стояли их собратья из потомков Мерари; ими руководил Этан, сын Киши. Отцом Киши был Авди, отцом Авди — Маллух,

44 And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan, the son of Kishi, the son of Amar, the son of Malluch,

45 отцом Маллуха — Хашавья, отцом Хашавьи — Амацья, отцом Амацьи — Хилкия,

45 The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah,

46 отцом Хилкии — Амци, отцом Амци — Бани, отцом Бани — Шемер,

46 The son of Hilkiah, the son of Nator,

47 отцом Шемера — Махли, отцом Махли — Муши, отцом Муши — Мерари, сын Левия.

47 The son of Mahli, the son of Moshi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 Левиты, собратья Хемана, Асафа и Этана, были определены исполнять все работы при Скинии, Святилище Божьем.

48 Their brethren also the Levites were appointed to all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of the LORD.

49 Аарон и потомки его возносили жертвы на жертвеннике для всесожжений и на жертвеннике курения благоуханного. Они совершали служение в Святая святых для восстановления единения Израиля с Богом, всё делая так, как заповедал Моисей, слуга Божий.

49 But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt offerings and upon the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the Holy of Holies, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50 Вот потомки Аарона: сын его Элеазар, сын Элеазара Финеес, сын Финееса Авишуа,

50 And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51 сын Авишуа Букки, сын Букки Уззи, сын Уззи Зерахья,

51 Bakki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52 сын Зерахьи Мерайот, сын Мерайота Амарья, сын Амарьи Ахитув,

52 Maro his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53 сын Ахитува Цадок, сын Цадока Ахимаац.

53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54 Вот где поселились левиты, вот их города и границы. Потомкам Аарона из рода Кехата, поскольку им первым выпал жребий,

54 Now these are the names of the cities which they were assigned for the families throughout their boundaries, to the sons of Aaron, of the family of the Kohathites; for theirs was the first lot.

55 отдали Хеврон в Иудее с окрестными пастбищами.

55 And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs round about it;

56 Поля и селения вокруг города отдали Халеву, сыну Ефуннэ.

56 But all the fields of the city, and those which were round about it, they gave to Caleb the son of Jophaniah.

57 Потомкам Аарона также выделили в качестве городов-убежищ Хеврон, Ливну с окрестными пастбищами, Яттир, Эштемоа с окрестными пастбищами,

57 And to the sons of Aaron they gave all the cities of refuge, and to the priests, Hebron with its suburbs, Libnah with its suburbs, Jattir with its suburbs, Lehem with its suburbs, Eshtemoa with its suburbs,

58 Хилез и Девир с окрестными пастбищами,

58 Debir with its suburbs, Ashan with its suburbs,

59 Ашан и Бет-Шемеш с окрестными пастбищами.

59 Atrah with its suburbs, and Beth-shemesh with its suburbs;

60 Из надела Вениамина они получили [Гивон], Гиву, Алемет и Анатот с окрестными пастбищами. Всего тринадцать городов были распределены между их родами.

60 And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba with its suburbs, Alemeth with its suburbs, and Anathoth with its suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

61 Левитам из остальных потомков Кехата дано по жребию десять городов из владений [колен Ефрема, Дана и] половины племени Манассии.

61 And to the sons of Kohath, who inherited out of the tribe of Manasseh, were given ten cities in number;

62 Левитам из потомков Гершона даны были города в коленах Иссахара, Асира, Неффалима и в колене Манассии, что в Башане, — всего тринадцать городов.

62 And to the sons of Gershon according to their families out of the tribe of Issachar and out of the tribe of Asher and out of the tribe of Manasseh and out of the tribe of Naphtali in Mathnin, thirteen cities.

63 Левитам из потомков Мерари даны были по жребию города в коленах Рувима, Гада и Завулона — всего двенадцать городов.

63 To the sons of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben and out of the tribe of Dan and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64 Так израильтяне раздали левитам города с окрестными пастбищами.

64 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.

65 По жребию они выделили города в колене потомков Иуды, в колене потомков Симеона и в колене потомков Вениамина — города, названия которых были перечислены.

65 And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by the name of the families of the Kohathites.

66 Некоторым же из родов потомков Кехата были переданы во владение следующие города. От колена Ефрема

66 Moreover they had other cities and their territory out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67 города-убежища: Шехем с окрестными пастбищами в нагорье Ефрема, Гезер с окрестными пастбищами,

67 And they gave to them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem with its suburbs in mount Ephraim and Gezer with its suburbs,

68 Йокмеам и Бет-Хорон с окрестными пастбищам,

68 Beth-horon with its suburbs,

69 Аялон и Гат-Риммон с окрестными пастбищами.

69 Aijalon with its suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with its suburbs;

70 От половины колена Манассии — Анер с пастбищами и Билам с пастбищами. Всё это досталось остальным родам потомков Кехата.

70 And out of the half tribe of Manasseh: Anath with its suburbs, Jablin with its suburbs, for the inheritance of the families of the sons of Kohath;

71 Родам сыновей Гершона дали следующие города. От половины племени Манассии — Голан в Башане и Аштарот с окрестными пастбищами.

71 And to the sons of Gershon were given out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Mathnin with its suburbs and Ashtor with its suburbs;

72 От колена Иссахара — Кедеш и Даврат с окрестными пастбищами,

72 And out of the tribe of Issachar: Rakim with its suburbs; Deberath with its suburbs,

73 Рамот и Анем с окрестными пастбищами.

73 Elam with its suburbs;

74 От колена Асира — Машаль и Авдон с окрестными пастбищами,

74 And out of the tribe of Asher: Mashal with its suburbs and Abron with its suburbs

75 Хукок и Рехов с окрестными пастбищами.

75 And Akik with its suburbs and Dahab with its suburbs;

76 От колена Неффалима — Кедеш в Галилее, Хаммон и Кирьятаим с окрестными пастбищами.

76 And out of the tribe of Naphtali: Rakim in Galilee with its suburbs and Hammon with its suburbs and Koriathaim with its suburbs.

77 Остальным сынам Мерари дали следующие города. От колена Завулона — Риммон и Фавор с окрестными пастбищами.

77 To the family of Merari, who inherited out of the tribe of Zebulun, were given Armoni with its suburbs, Tabor with its suburbs;

78 От колена Рувима на восточной стороне Иордана, напротив Иерихона, — Бецер в пустыне с пастбищами и Яхца с пастбищами,

78 And on the other side of the Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben: Bozer in the wilderness with its suburbs, Mepophat with its suburbs, Jahaz with its suburbs.

79 Kedemoth with its suburbs, Mephaath with its suburbs,

80 От колена Гада — Рамот в Гиладе с окрестными пастбищами, Маханаим,

80 Ramoth with its suburbs, Mahlam with its suburbs,

81 Jazer with its suburbs, and Heshbon with its suburbs.
